What is covered under the 3 year warranty period
If the eyelets, binding or stitching has a manufacturer fault, submit a Warranty Claim Request via the form below.
Our warranty does not include the storage bag, and any faults or failures caused by improper use, excessive wear and tear, exposure to extreme direct sunlight, or acts of nature such as fire.
Affordable Camping Mats will undertake all steps necessary to resolve any fault with our products as quickly and with as little inconvenience to our customers as possible.
